1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and 100pluscuci ("Platform", "us"). This document governs all aspects of your use of the website, mobile app, and all services offered by 100pluscuci.

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 100pluscuci platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms. This acceptance also covers our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form an integral part of this document.

These Terms are formulated in accordance with the operational requirements of an online betting platform and are intended to protect the interests of all parties — including members, the platform, and third parties involved in service delivery.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use 100pluscuci services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Minimum age 18 years: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 100pluscuci conducts KYC (Know Your Customer) checks to verify the age of every new member.
• Different individuals: Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account. Owning multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and use online betting services.
• Non-platform employees: Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of 100pluscuci staff are not eligible to register as regular members.
• Non-restricted nationals: You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online betting is strictly prohibited.

100pluscuci reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage to confirm a member's eligibility. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Registration & Account Verification

The 100pluscuci account registration process is designed to ensure the security and integrity of the platform for all members. During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information.

• Accurate information: All personal information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Bank account name: The name registered at 100pluscuci must match the name of the bank account holder used for deposits and withdrawals. A name mismatch may cause withdrawal processing delays.
• Phone verification: A valid phone number is required for OTP verification during registration and for account security operations.
• KYC (Know Your Customer): Members may be required to submit a copy of their national ID (MyKad), proof of address, and additional information to complete the KYC process before their first withdrawal is processed.
• Password: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

100pluscuci supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia to make financial transactions easy for members. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment channels.

• Supported deposit methods: DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, TNG eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. Deposits are credited to your account within seconds of payment confirmation.
• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 for all available payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time: Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes or less for accounts that have completed full KYC verification. First-time withdrawals may take up to 24 hours for security verification purposes.
• Daily withdrawal limit: The daily withdrawal limit is RM 50,000 for regular members. VIP members enjoy higher limits based on their membership tier.
• Withdrawal methods: Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet that has been registered and verified in the same member's name.

100pluscuci does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment service providers may impose their own charges beyond our control.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

100pluscuci offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to reward both new and loyal members. Each bonus is subject to wagering requirements (rollover) and withdrawal limits clearly stated in the specific promotion's terms.

• Welcome bonus: Available to new members making their first deposit. The standard rollover requirement is 20x the bonus amount before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Weekly cashback: Credited automatically every Monday based on the previous week's net losses. Cashback carries no rollover requirement.
• Daily rebate: Calculated based on total daily wagering regardless of win or loss outcomes.
• VIP Program: Members are automatically eligible for upgrades based on their total monthly deposit amount and wagering activity.
• One active bonus at a time: Members may only use one (1) bonus at a time. Bonuses cannot be combined unless otherwise stated in the promotion's terms.
• Right to decline bonuses: 100pluscuci reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or modify the terms of any bonus if there is evidence of fraud, abuse, or a breach of these Terms.

6 Game Rules

All games at 100pluscuci are operated by licensed software providers and use independently audited Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure the fairness of every game outcome.

• Final results: Results displayed by the gaming system are final and binding unless there is clear evidence of a technical system failure.
• Technical failure: In the event of a technical or network disruption during an active gaming session, 100pluscuci will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly based on session data recorded by the server.
• Minimum and maximum bet: Betting limits per game are set by the game provider and are clearly displayed within the respective game interface.
• Live casino games: Live Casino results are video-recorded and can be reviewed within 72 hours after the session ends in the event of a dispute.
• Sports Betting: All displayed odds are correct at the time the bet is confirmed. 100pluscuci reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from a technical error.

7 Prohibited Member Conduct

To maintain a fair and safe gaming environment for all members, 100pluscuci strictly prohibits the following activities:

• Fraud and manipulation: Any attempt to manipulate the gaming system, exploit software bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering: Using the 100pluscuci platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker to gain an unfair advantage over other players.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or using more than one account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity.
• Bonus abuse: Registering multiple accounts or using unauthorised methods solely to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Chargeback: Filing a chargeback dispute with your bank or payment provider after using funds to play on the platform.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account closure, balance freezing, and appropriate legal action. 100pluscuci cooperates fully with relevant authorities in the investigation of fraudulent activity.

8 Account Security

Account security is a shared responsibility between members and the 100pluscuci platform. We provide enterprise-grade security infrastructure, while members are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential.

• 256-bit SSL encryption: All data transmitted between your device and 100pluscuci servers is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption at all times.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA): Members are encouraged to enable 2FA via their account security settings. This provides an extra layer of protection even if your password is compromised.
• Unusual activity monitoring: The 100pluscuci security system continuously monitors login activity and transactions to detect any suspicious activity.
• Member responsibilities: If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact 100pluscuci support immediately. We are not liable for losses resulting from a member's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

100pluscuci reserves the right to suspend or close any member account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, collusion, or money laundering.
• Voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the member through the Responsible Gaming feature.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with no transactions.

If an account is closed for non-fraudulent reasons, any valid remaining balance will be returned to the member after deducting bonuses that have not met the rollover requirements. The refund process is typically completed within 5–7 business days.

10 Liability Limits

The 100pluscuci platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, 100pluscuci shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from unfavourable betting outcomes.
• Service disruptions due to scheduled system maintenance or circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, global network outages, or regulatory orders.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform.
• Damage to a member's device or computer system arising from use of the platform.

100pluscuci's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11 Responsible Gaming

100pluscuci is committed to a responsible gaming culture. We believe every member deserves a safe and controlled wagering experience without it impacting their daily life.

• Self-imposed deposit limit: Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings at any time.
• Session time limit: Set a session time limit to remind yourself of the time you have spent on the platform.
• Self-exclusion: Choose to temporarily suspend account access for a period ranging from 24 hours to 6 months.
• Permanent self-exclusion: Members who need assistance may request a permanent self-exclusion through 100pluscuci customer support.
• Adult content restriction: 100pluscuci supports the installation of parental control software to prevent access by minors.

12 Terms Amendment
